แล้วทำไมต้องใช้อ้อยไทยหละ
เพราะเมืองไทยคือ หนึ่งในที่ทีมีอ้อยดีที่สุดในโลก และอ้อยที่ได้ส่วนใหญ่มักเอาไปแปรรูปเป็นน้ำตาลในระดับอุตสาหกรรม (Industrail) จะเอากากน้ำตาลมาทำเหล้ารัมซึ่งจะเสียความหอมไป และจะแต่งกลิ่นใหม่ในตอนท้ายของการผลิต แต่ที่นี่คราฟ์ทจ๋าเลยก็ว่าได้ เพราะใช้คนทำในทุกขั้นตอนตั้งแต่เก็บอ้อยที่ไรแบบไม่ใช่เครื่องยนตร์ ไม่เผาไร่อ้อย (ส่วนใหญ่มักเผาไร่เพื่อง่ายต่อการเก็บเกี่ยว) แต่ที่นี่ไม่เผาไร่เพราะกลิ่นไหม้จะทำให้น้ำอ้อยที่ได้เสียรสชาติ โหววววอะไรจะจริงจังเบอร์นั้น

เหล้ารัมที่ได้ จึงมีความบริสุทธิ์มาก และมีความหอมจากธรรมชาติ โดยไม่ต้องปรุงกลิ่น แต่ตัวปรุงกลิ่นธรรมชาติก็มีนะดูกันที่บาร์เลือกซื้อกลับได้ตามสะดวก ก่อนกลับก็อย่างที่เห็นนี่หละ

ร้อนๆ แบบนี้จัดข้าวเหนียวมะพร้าวก่อนเลย แต่ทานกับไอศกรีมนี่ฟินมากๆ หอมมะพร้าว รสเข้มข้น หวานมัน ดื่มคือกับค็กอเทลมะม่วง สดชื่นมากๆ นั่งเล่นไปซักพักเราก็ออกจากที่นี่เพื่อไปดูพระอาทิตย์ตกที่แหลมพรมหมเทพกันต่อ แต่เราไม่ไปหรอกหลบลงมาหาดยะนุ้ย สวย สงบ โคตรดี คืนนี้ต่อไหนดีน๊าสสสสส
